For a first time buyer who has no idea about what could work in my fire, Denny spoke with me over the phone for a good 10 minutes explaining what I would need, why and the pricing. He arranged for my coal to be delivered that week, ensuring I was kept up to date throughout the process! (Ringing the night before and telling me it was coming). The delivery driver was so polite and helpful, and gave a friendly, professional service. PLEASE USE this fantastic family business, it’s the best in Sheffield for MILES!
