This company failed to show up on site when they were needed/required and as a result wasted my builders time, further costing me nearly £1.000 to prove work had been completed on my drains to the council nearly 3yrs after the fact as they failed to show up when this was done to sign it off. It’s taken them 3 YEARS to get my final certificate to me.
