They always say the mark of a good company is how they deal with any issues. Ordered a new LP-E19 battery which I received the next day, battery condition wasn't great as only getting to 93% charge. Called them and they were happy to sort, received a prepaid returns label, sent off and they shipped out a perfectly working replacement the next day. Customer service like this means returning customers, one of which will be me.
