Bought electronics and picked up same day. TV needs replacement screen, drill was sat in water to the extent that the Chuck is completely seized and unusable (they could have just lifted the lid and seen this), a rotary hammer drill was caked in mud and dirt. They don’t check any electronics or even open a box and let you spend hundreds on rubbish
