I would award zero stars if possible…. Hired a 16 seat hummer for my Grandsons 18th birthday present which didn’t turn up. Tried to company on the day but they didn’t pick up the phone - we had confirmed the booking as requested 2 days before and I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned via the company I booked them through. We ended up having to get trains and cabs across London and they didn’t even have the decency to ring and let us know they couldn’t honour our booking. Avoid unless you don’t mind being upset and feeling let down when they just don’t turn up !!!

Quite simply very disappointing all round. The Limo we were given was extremely old, had duct tape on the interior floor, a crack in the window, paint chipped off the bar area and interior covers falling off. One of the rear windows also didn't work as didn't some of the internal media screens. This was in addition to the chaotic way the car was driven meaning ice water sloshed over soaking our feet and the erratic accelerating and breaking left us being tipped back and forth. Having hired a limo previously this one was far far from the luxurious experience we were promised and had we known of the cars state of repair we would never have booked with this company.

Wanted to give 0 stars. Husband hired them for our wedding. We had a strict itinerary and they arrived 45 minutes late!!! The limo then stank of smoke which the driver said was because he was driving fast to get there. Also blamed his lateness on traffic. There was absolutely no traffic on a Sunday morning at 9am and even if there was, why would you not leave early to accommodate that. Disgraceful service. Dont book.

Terrible. Turn up late, driver struggled to drive the Limo and refused to drop my son in front of his Prom as it was too difficult. Rang to complain and told its in their terms to be up to half hour late and its driver discretion as to where they will drive. No apology just excuses.
