    I came across Catherine when she was first setting up the business back in 2019, I had been experiencing dull pains in my back and neck at the time. After only a few sessions with Catherine and Sarah, who always worked with my body, I noticed the pain has greatly reduced. I have been a regular since then as well as my husband. We both loved seeing Catherine and Sarah on a regular basis, not only through their professional work to help us relax, but also we found the sessions soothing and healing for our minds and wellbeing in general. Sadly we moved out of the area recently and won’t be able see them as regularly - it will be hard to find anyone as good in a new area! But we would still visit if we are in the area and would not hesitate to recommend Wild Harmony to anyone we know!     Really nice. My therapist was lovely, put me at ease straight away. Really listened what areas I needed, and most amazingly found a knot in my lower back that I didn't realise! I'm a runner and I get pains in my lower back/hip after 10 mins or so usually and I get the urge to stretch it out. I thought it was to do with not being warmed up enough, cold weather and previous injury, but after the massage I didn't have any pain in my back! It's no gone for two days, and I've done runs without the urge to stretch the pain out, which is amazing! Defo going back.
