I purchased a throw/rug earlier this year. When I received it I found it was really a rug and would not work as a throw so asked if I could return it for a refund. I was told yes but after chasing up after a couple of weeks was told I could only have a store credit. This was given in the form of loyalty points, which I could redeem in maximum multiples of £20. When I tried to place an order using multiple discounts the system would only allow me to use one £20 voucher per order meaning I would have to place 19 orders to retrieve my refund. I have tried to contact their customer service by email (multiple times unsuccessfully), by phone (nobody ever answers and there has been no response to the messages I have left) and also by completing a form on their contact us website (again no response). I think I have reached the conclusion this company is no longer an operating business and that my store credit has been lost. If I could give a minus score rather than one star I would.

We received our beautiful rug yesterday and it is settling into our lounge. Its a large 8’ x 8’ and is thick and luxurious to the eye and touch. The quality is very high end and will last a very long time. We were kept informed of the progress of our order (which was made specifically to our measurements). It was worth the wait and we are delighted with our purchase. Once shipped, our rug arrived promptly. Thank you for making such a beautiful rug!

Great customer service and top quality products. I ordered the sheepskin seat covers, which are thick and generously sized. They’re to replace a previous order from Wildash which I washed (worked brilliantly) and put on a cold radiator to dry and forgot about them until after the radiator came on. Top tip - do not dry your sheepskin on a radiator unless you want a tiny, crispy square!
