My 5 yr old & 3 yr old and I attended our first forest school at Wild Roots today and we had such an amazing time! From start to finish Kate was hands on with all the children explaining what activities were available and ensuring the children took part in the activities in a fun and safe way. It was great to see my children out in nature & getting dirty, making mud ice creams, making a birds nest & mud painting! My 5year old Son loved helping collect the firewood for the campfire & really enjoyed hot soup from the fire, bread & toasted marshmallows and my Daughter loved playing with the mud, finding bugs & making a cress head to take home! 😊 unfortunately we can’t come term time as both of my children are at school / preschool but if you ever do an after school session i will be there every week! Loved it! 😻 Actioned Packed, Fun & Educational ⭐️5 Star! thank you Kate 🌳

My children 3 and 6, love their session at Wild Roots. It’s their favourite time of the week. Kate always ensures the children are having fun whilst learning about the woodland environment and they’re always something different at every session for the kids to get involved in. Roasting marshmallows and singing by the fire pit is something both my kids enjoy. Kate interacts with both the children and parents. Always a warm welcome. We will be back 🌲
