I had the pleasure of spending 4 days canoeing with great friends, whilst being looked after by Sean from Wild River. His reassurances and knowledge made us all soon realise we were in safe hands. We were there for a break from the norm, and trying to learn how to canoe correctly on the lakes and rivers around Penrith. Everyday was a school day but without the bore that can be associated with classrooms. Sean has a magical way of making things happen without you realising that personal coaching is occurring, all whilst maintaining a great sense of humour. We all had a great time and have already made plans to return next year for another week being guided by Sean. I highly recommend Sean and Wild River especially if you want to have a great time and learn a lot in a short period of time. Looking forward to our next adventure.

Recently done my Advanced Canoe Leader Training with Sean over 5 days. I learnt so much in that time and was able to really put things into practise while still on the course. Sean was great at being able to spot when improvements could be made and then coached me through to a better end results. Really enjoyed his teaching style and being able to get out in environments suited to the award.
