Worst agency in Portsmouth! Sent us to work in Petersfield where nobody expected us. Terrible communication breakdown. Then when approached were rude and did not even allow us to enter their office. Avoid Wild Berry Recruitment!!! You’ve been warned.

I have never had a positive experience with Agencys and was always skeptical of them. Jazmine Hewitt called me back in January for Customer Service role to work SSE Solutions. She was very kind, helpful and motivating to get me prepped for the interview and was also very quick with notifying me on the updates of the job wether I passed interview stage and was always checking up on me to let me know what was going on. Because of Jazmine I have now found a job which I absolutely enjoy, not only that, but they actually offered me a permanent role 6 weeks into the job which I am really happy about. This wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for Jazmine’s excellent customer service and going out of her way to make sure I was always okay. Lucy was fantastic in helping me through the recruitment process. Super clear communication and nothing was too much trouble. She took time to find out information about me, what my skills were and how to adapt and overcome and weaknesses I may have had. We talked about interview strategies and as I had always worked in the public sector even went over some of the nuances of the private sector! I had never used a recruiter before and although I am hoping to not need to use one again as I’m now a month in to a fantastic new career if I ever was looking again I would not hesitate to contact Lucy.
