Amazing ! They sell only organic english beef. We bough a kilo of Topside cut we made a great roast beef ! We followed the cooking instructions he gave us: Season the meat with salt and pepper an little oil 180 c oven mark for 15 Min each side (30 Min Total for the size of a Kilo cut) It was tender and very very testy meat ! We have found our trusty roast beef cut supply!

Saturday 16/12/17 Just as the stalls were closing I bought some Minute steaks from the Wild Beef stall from a very tired bearded gentleman. Cheer up! We enjoyed them this evening and agreed my previous loyalty has to shift! The beef is so full of flavour, very reasnobly priced and I wish I had bought some more. Excellent. Thoroughly recomended.
