Brought my wife’s engagement ring here after 3 diamonds had fallen out. Had previously taken it back to the retailer that I’d purchased it from 12 years ago (for the third time) and they were unable to help. Alex looked at it, talked me through some of the issues and said he would give it a clean so he could have a closer look. He called me back a few days later with the good news that he was able to replace the diamonds, resize and repair. My wife is delighted that it is now as good as new and fits perfectly. My necklace is irreplaceable and recently it fell off whilst crossing the road and a car ran over it affecting the shell charm and the clasp.
