Such a lovely place! I went for my covid jab today, every member of the staff said hello, with a smile... small things count!!! I was early so waited...... less than expected. But overheard conversations where staff listened to the customers & gave alternatives... I need to swap my regular pharmacy!!!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced in 41 years, never been spoken to and treated so badly. Please please take my advice and avoid this place at all costs. There are some great chemists near by, please use one of them. This place is truly awful, I wish I could put minus stars

Throughout the current pandemic the staff have gone out of their way to assist and help customers. You receive prompt and professional service but always with a smile and friendly manner however busy they are. Nothing is too much trouble.
