A racketless racket shop .. Travelled to the store today for badminton gear but there was only a single racket left in the whole shop - the reason : all badminton rackets were sold to a single customer only a few days before. As the representative present today told me, very good for the shop, but absolutely awful for customers. This pretty much sums up what this shop is about. There are only a couple of badminton shoes left as well, and when asking for where else in London to find my gear - the advice I got was very vague - suggesting there were probably no more stock anywhere in the whole of the british capital. But fear not, just hop on the jubilee line and head to decathlon at Canada Water - plenty of stock there ! So, if you're indeed looking for badminton gear, probably best to avoid this place - even if stock replenishes, they may sell it all again to an individual or two !

Absolutely shocking service. I wanted to buy a new racket and was completely ignored by staff for 10 minutes. No one made eye contact or greeted me. A (white) woman entered and was served immediately. Qhite interesting. I eventually got some help from someone but decided not to buy my racket from Wigmore Sports. Im not spending upwards of £200 after being ignored.

A sales representative from Wigmore Sports misled me about the return policy. I came to the store to purchase a new racquet, and was told that I could return the item within 10 days and receive an in store credit. After 1 week, I attempted to exchange the racquet at the store, yet the store would not accept the racquet. The return policy is clearly stated on the receipt. I am very disappointed by the poor customer service.

Came to buy a racket after years of not playing tennis. The sales person suggested a size 5 grip for the pure drive Babolat for my average hand size. I, unfortunately, decided to buy it. This choice made my return to tennis much harder due to the issues in controlling the ball when playing with such a big grip. All the teachers I have played with told me that they have never seen / recommended such a size. I know own a size 3 Head (which of course I didn’t buy from this shop) that is a much easier racket to handle and play with. Really poor advices from the sales rep.
