While using the accessible travel with the ships wheelchair on the 28/4/2023 foot plate would not stay closed . My 96 year old father had to try and keep both his feet on one plate . I reported dis function to a member of crew . . On our return 3/5/2023 aboard same ferry with the same wheelchair ,which was in the same condition. Not mended!!!! Also as an accessible travel disabled person I had booked exiting passenger door with wheelchair space !!!!! When we returned to our car . A car had been placed so near to ours I was unable to return my father to the front of the car . Waited in the cold for cars on lady to move to allow me access. This was reported to one of the ships crew . I have traveled with my father on your ferry numerous times and never had a problem before . Just feeling very frustrated Mrs P Matthews

We were booked on the 13:20 to Fishbourne but arrived an hour prior. The staff managed to squeeze us onto the earlier ferry without even asking which made for a nice surprise! We were on St Faith which was one of the oldest ships of the fleet I believe but she still goes strong with her roaring diesels! The crossing was about 35 minutes and disembarked nice and quick.
