    My iMac was running very slowly. Ian checked my software settings and diagnosed the original (6 year old) hard disk drive as the problem. He took the machine away, backed up all my data, replaced the HDD with a new solid state drive and returned my IMac, good as new, within 24 hours, for a very reasonable price.
