A very interesting collection of military equipment . Rifles. pistols .and machine guns. Collection very impressive. War time shops you look at for ages and still not see everything. The heavy military equipment some in good condition others in need a lot of attention. Not a lot of space for all of the exhibits to be displayed well unfortunately. Cafe. Gift shop .Toilets. And free parking unfortunately cannot comment on cafe as was full all tables taken by a reunion. Your ticket can be used for a free return for upto 7 days.

Absolutely brilliant. We loved every minute, our children enjoyed it too and my husband and son especially loved being able to sit in the tanks. All staff were lovely but we would like to give our special thanks to Ernie for showing us around the museum and sharing his knowledge about all of the weapons and vehicles. He certainly knows his stuff!! Patrick also kept my children’s interest sharing his knowledge of guns, talking us through when they were used, and by who, and letting my son hold them!! He especially was in his element! We will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for a great day!

Took my grandchildren there twice over the last bank holiday. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and went out of their way to accommodate us. Even to the point of opening up the shooting range just for us and breaking out the armoured troup carrier to give us an enthralling ride around their purpose built course. We'll done. A little known jewel on the Isle of Wight.
