Terrible experience. My order did not arrive after six weeks. I had to contact wiggle to find out what is going on, they would not have reached out to me. I was informed that Müsli bars were not allowed for import by customs, even though you can buy Cliff bars on the entire continent. They then cancelled the entire order even though I still wanted my other items.

Terrible- my most recent experience with Wiggle has been the best advertisement and encouragement for me to now shop at my Local Bike Shop for everything more than ever. Ordered an item a month ago for it to be ‘stuck’ at EVRI depot. If Wiggle choose to use Hermes/EVRI as their main delivery provider, then that’s clear enough indication that they don’t really care about their customers. Just avoid- had an account with them for over a decade now but will close it asap and ask my credit card for a refund.

It is virtually impossible to contact Wiggle. No telephone number, no email address, the chat is unavailable. I filled in a form but got the message 'You do not have permission to view this directory or page.' They use Evri (ex Hermes) for delivery so for me it's a no. Knowing this company I'm wondering if I'll ever be delivered.

Paid for next day delivery and 1 week on, still zero sign of my items. (They use Hermes who have now rebranded as Evri - steer clear). Customer service are absolutely useless and very disinterested in helping.

Appalling customer service. Got a defective item, that they refuse to exchange or refund. Their idea of a fair business is to send the defective items for "16 working days long inspection". Don't buy anything from them without paypal that offers a good buyer protection.
