Spoke with them last week in regards to attending and doing a new car key and was asked to send a text to confirm the date, this was arranged for the 21st April at 1pm. Half day holiday booked but no one turned up, tried calling no answer and no replies to texts sent. Totally unprofessional and poor customer service offered, i certainly will not be recommending this Company to anyone in the future.
