Very expensive. £640 to boost wifi 30 meters to the garden?! We agreed on a £550 price and then charged me an extra £90 out of my account for using a few more meters of cable. Wifi works great and the job was done neatly and professionally. But £640 for a 2.5 hour fitting to me was extortionate.

I've used the team at WiFi Heros several times now and each time they have delivered an excellent service. I initially required wifi to extend to a garden office and outside garage that will be converted to a working space. I looked into all sorts of solutions before stumbling upon WiFi Heros. Out of the few companies I reached out to they were responsive immediately and assured me that they could provide a robust connection throughout the garden and outside office. Since their installation, the Internet service to the garden and office has been the best service through the house! As we are undergoing a full house renovation, I found that a better connection was also required right at the top of the house where I often work to escape builders. Again, I reached out to this team who promptly booked me in and strengthened the connection so that I can now work from my bedroom without a choppy Internet connection. This has made a real difference as owning several businesses means I am dependent on working remotely. The team have been great at trouble shooting and ensuring that I have been happy with the service. I highly recommend and would definitely suggest using this team ahead of any other offering the same service!

I had an urgent job I needed help with ... to get WiFi in my cabin at the bottom of my garden. The mobile signal wouldn’t cut it and my current WiFi wouldn’t stretch. WiFi heroes were at my door within 36 hours. They arrived on time, were polite, attentive, did a tidy job, and - most importantly - have given me WiFi in the cabin which means I can now work out there without disturbing my family. In fact, we now have better WiFi in our garden than in the house!

Wifiheros were very responsive, efficiently reviewed the property and suggested an installation plan to significantly improve coverage throughout the house. The work was scheduled quickly and the installation team were professional, courteous, efficient and hard working ensuring everything was up and running before leaving. Wifi has hugely improved and at a reasonable price. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.
