My experience on Dec 1, 2021 The platform signs were incorrect. Platform 1's information was on the platform 2 sign, and vice versa. But the voice announcements were correct. This made it confusing because I didn't know which was true. I would have got on the wrong train if I hadn't spoken to another traveller who knew the station well. They also said that someone official does come in from 6am-12.00pm which is stupid because there's no one to cover when people are coming home from work. There was no one official around to help when I needed it. Nobody responded when I pressed the information button to dial the number. Regarding facilities, I don't believe there were toilets. And there was no lift for me to put my bike in. There are car parking facilities either side of each platform, so I believe wheelchair users would still be able to access both platforms. Things to improve: - put a lift in - have someone to help on the other end of the information phone button. - have someone in the ticket office at least once a day maybe on a rota or something so different times are covered - signpost the toilets clearly

Seems like a good alternative to Solihull for parking and getting to Birmingham city centre quickly. However parking was pretty much full after lunch time. Both platforms have step free access and are right next to their respective car park. Trains are decently frequent however the ticket office, along with the waiting room and toilets are closed at noon. The ticket machine only accepts card payments.
