I have posted a question to a problem on Widdop & Co website and messaged them for help... but I do not get an answer. It is regarding their miniature steam train clock, there is no instruction on how to change the battery. I have left a request for help on their website. I need to know how to change the battery, as the front of the clock does not seem to open. Can you help please. Thanks

We signed up with them they said they had a retailer but followed up and now they could supply us. We paid the £500 initial order, then yesterday got a call to say they could no longer supply us due to people complaining. Would love to know why as was told the other person wasn't ordering with them anymore we have nearly sold out within the week and wanted to make another order and now have disappointed customers. I find it disgusting that they can take your money say you are the only one in the area then lie and backtrack leaving you without a supplier for good that are much in demand. Appealing service and actually going against competition laws. Don't reccommend these wholesalers as they have let us down for no reason but benefit themselves for initial order, probably lied about the other retailer hoping not to get caught and trying to make a bit of extra money as thats all people seem to care about these days. Unfortunately the person who complained buys in a little range and we were planning on having the whole range in our shop, so more fool them as we would buy weekly.
