I made a purchase from this company via Amazon which did not arrive. When I queried it with Widdle Gifts, they stated that the tracking information showed it had been delivered and therefore the problem was not theirs! I replied that the tracking photo simply showed the parcel, and not where it had been left (which definitely wasn't at my house!). I also sent them information from the Citizen's Advice Bureau, showing it is their responsibility as the seller to take this up with the courier, not mine, but they failed to respond any further. Appalling customer service.

I bought a Christmas decoration from here last year, an illuminated one that plugged into the mains. It lasted two days then went off. I bought it in October, so I contacted them and couldn't get a replacement or refund. I tried to order a replacement on their website this year but when it was time to pay it said to pay by PayPal or credit card. I wanted to pay by credit card because I've got no PayPal account. The website wouldn't let me. It wouldn't budge off the PayPal. So I ended up with nothing.
