Times they are open are wrong on website, went to post a parcel last night and they were closed when I asked i was told they would be open from 6am the next morning till 8pm. Guess what got there at 7.50am to be told they were shut and would be closing at 5pm. I only give it 2 stars as the staff seemed friendly but not very helpful. Shame as I went here last week to post a parcel at 7.30 at night with no problems at all. Come on guys sort it out.

Constant queues and workers on slow mo. Workers are rude and abrupt - you feel like you are an interruption to their day and not their reason for it. I do hope that Royal Mail remove the service and put it back in the portchester precinct where the customer service staff were a bit more pleasant.

Rude staff members who like to tell you what time they start in the morning. They seem to believe they’re the only ones working during the pandemic. No customer service skills at all. The opening hours of the post office are misleading on the website and all in all it is not the level of service expected from the Post Office.
