Very disappointed, hadn't been here since our children were little,we took our grandson here and were expecting the train to be running,as on the website it said that it runs every Day and to buy tickets for today at the kiosk, No train running No kiosk open. Everything thing seems to be done half hearted, from the planting in the garden down to the grass mowing, it's as if none of the staff have any interest in what they've been doing. Infact,we feel that we wasted an hour and £3 for the parking,we won't be going back anytime soon .
