Very difficult to make an appointment . I hate all the e-consult that you have to fill in a certain times not ideal filing it in between 9am and 11am if you work. Impossible to to see a doctor quickly usually serval weeks for an appointment. I wonder how many people give and have problems missed and die. It must be a very difficult system for the elderly. I have given up countless times just end up seeing a private doctor. Cant keep hiding behind the covid masks. 2500 excess deaths a week at the moment not hard to see why.

Really great service. I rang 45 minutes before the practice closed - the receptionist was lovely and very helpful and within a few minutes I had contact from the duty team. From when I rang to being seen and treatment started, it was 25 minutes, it doesn’t get much better than that! Everyone I dealt with was very helpful and friendly, thankyou!

I was seen here as a temporary patient as an urgent appointment. I could not believe the level of care that I received. It was not rushed, very thorough with everyone i encountered, from the Receptionist, Practitioner, Nurse and Doctor, absolutely first class. I could not have wished for any better. A huge “Thank You” to everyone concerned.
