Really enjoyed the swimming experience. Facilities were clean. Staff were helpful. However, there was nothing on the app that I could find ( staff also agreed) that told you the process of cancelling a booking that had previously been booked and paid for if someone could not attend. To be told you had to phone at least 4hrs beforehand would have been useful to know. Overall I would recommend.
