Just had to collect god knows how many parcels from Wickford post office as they no longer take click and drop but never told anyone. All ebay sales that buyers are expecting. Thought I'd share the very professional letter sent to us from the so called post master. The place is never open when it's supposed to be either. If you can't be bothered postmaster sell the franchise

I/we use this branch about once or twice a month, & only bothering to leave a review due to the help they gave my partner two weeks ago, which was exceptional. Would not normally do so for 'just' a Post Office, but for your help that day, I truly thank you. Made all the difference when she fell ill. R.
