Called for 2 days with no answer drove from Leicester as needed to speak to them about a relative that I was caring for. Drove all the way calling them and walked into reception to see a receptionist talking on her mobile sorting out her personal dinner plans and ignoring the phone - Receptionist was extremely rude and told me she was busy!

I did see a male physiotherapist here due to neck and shoulder pain, the young physio said It was physiological, yes he actually said that "I anticipated the pain." Well after a special x ray iv been told I have spondylitis. The thing is you can feel the spine curve inwards at the neck, it can be felt that my spine goes inwards. He should of sent me to have further investigation into this. Instead I was left deflated and in pain for further months,that is Until my doctor sent me for this special xray. So I guess if you know in your heart something is wrong,please go with your gut and get it further investigated.I had to in the end as the pain is unbearable. I gave1 star as it wouldn't let me do none. Also one of the staff at reception is very rude.
