I had been looking for a watch for my daughters 18th birthday & could not find the exact one she wanted anywhere!!! I had been to London & had 3 jeweller’s also looking for me but still couldn’t get it. I went into wickford goldmine on the Tuesday & by Wednesday they had found one, travelled all the way to London to collect it for me & made sure I had it in person for the Thursday morning( my daughters 18th). Best customer service I’ve ever received. Would recommend this shop to everyone, lovely, helpful people. Made my daughter very happy !!

I had an awful personal series of events that happened to me recently, and they were able to help me out, giving me peace of mind. I’ve never known a company to be able to be so empathetic and understanding. I would highly recommend this company, especially as it is a local, personal business! :) Beautiful shop, beautiful choice of jewellery and hygienic and friendly! Always available to contact at all hours (reasonable hours). I contacted them at quarter to eight in the morning, and they answered, which was their day off! Amazing customer service, I cannot praise them enough!
