Overpriced and poor customer service. Charged much more than the initial quote provided before the work (no additional work was required). No contact to let you know car is ready, you have to keep calling them to check. Car left in a game of rush hour out the back requiring 21 point turn and multiple close calls with scratches and bumps, just to be able to leave the place. Service: Oil change

Matt and team helped fix me up after an alternator failure. Turned around in a week and always kept up to date with the offer of a courtesy car too due to their busy workload. Fair prices and good service - you cant ask more.

I will never return there , poor customer service. Got failed on my MOT for something that I was passed last time, feels like they’ve done that just as a rip off to fix it at that garage with over the top prices. Wasn’t even called when my car was done, had to wait in town for ages, and when i decided to go back there my car was ready but no one was bothered to call me! They don’t have a waiting room!

I was unsure of where to take my car as I was worried I’d be charged more due to being a young woman (I’ve had this experience before) however they were really friendly, gave me the most affordable options and didn’t try to upsell or overwhelm me. Definitely a trustworthy and reliable garage who I will always use from now on.

Such a shame there are so many 5* ratings....got charged £78 for a coolant pressure test to be told they couldn't find a fault and couldnt say why I was losing coolant. Took my car to another garage who found the fault straight away.... and didn't charge me for a pressure test.
