I called up first thing in the morning after doing some research and spoke to Sue the Manager who was very helpful and managed to get me booked in the same day. My back was in extreme pain after doing some heavy lifting. I literally could hardly move without being in pain. I had my initial consultation with Lauren who was very friendly and knows her stuff. I felt re-assured within a short period of time I was in the right place. After the initial consultation I was advised in detail what the issue was and treatment started immediately. After the session I got up the quickest I have done so in the last few days without pain. While writing the review my mobility without pain is 100 times better. I am really pleased with the results and highly recommend their services. Some of the other local firms insisted on an initial consultation and treatment starting on another visit and that just would not work for me as was in too much pain. Thanks again for making me feel normal again and cannot thank you enough.
