Very disappointing store with useless lazy staff. I needed a rubber washer for my shower hose. I took the shower head with me so I got the right size. The guy on Customer Service pointed to the end of the isle and said I would find the one I needed in a blue package. They were metal washers. I walked off and found another Wickes employee filling a shelf. I asked if he could help me and he said “you’ll find them down the plumbing isle”. I asked if he knew what size I would need and he said “I wouldn’t have a clue”. So off I went to the plumbing isle. There were about 12 or more different packs of assorted washers and I had no idea what ones I needed so left the store empty handed - other than the shower head I turned up with. Useless and very unhelpful staff. No star rating in my opinion. Plus only one disabled parking space

Wicks is a cross between building trade and occasional DIYer. Not often catering for eithers needs. Certainly could widen choice of lights/ taps / flooring . Decidedly limited
