We went to pick our three year old granddaughter's new wheelchair up from here today. The level of service we received has been excellent, and every one of the staff have been so friendly and helpful. David has been so knowledgeable and informative and explained all that we needed to know about the chair. I would highly recommend their services.

went during locldown to pick a wheelchair for a friend. we had to make an appintment. they stuck to social distancing great and took time to make adjustments to his chair that he needed and change and parts he wanted. they were in no way pushing a sale and was happy to talk through all options not just the ones that made them the most money. very good customer services

Went in to purchase a comfortable chair for a 89 year old man I've been supporting in the community, they was extremely polite and respectful, helpful and informative, didn't try and sell him the most expensive chair's or charge him for Extra add-ons, brilliant service and delivery was prompt and on time

Hello the shop has limited parking with its carpark. There more space around the area which are pay and display. The shop is very nice and has good level of stock. I wish this place was able to compare price to Amazon and I would buy all my things from here. Helpful staff. Hope this help
