Quoted £75 for the job. Confirmed and undertaken, to then receive an invoice with VAT added. The quote wasn’t provided as £75+VAT. It was just £75. So end up with an extra 20% (£15) on top of what i was expecting! In my book a quote is a quote, and transparency is critical for any business/customer relationship! However this chap was insistent that it is the way it is. Really disappointing experience in the end! So folks! Just remember, Mr Wicked Wheels is +VAT!
