I liked that they where the cheapest and that I could stay with the same insurance company for another year. I dislike the fact that you have to send the your drivers license every time and all the other documents even though you are with the same company for another year. What is this nonsense with the license thing anyway. Very annoying,makes me want to stop riding motorcycles.

Overall poor service, expensive deposits, tried to swap a bike within a week demanded another expensive deposit Everytime I called I was on hold for a min of half hour at best average of 45min+ Phoned early morning was 1st in the queue and was on hold for 45 minutes!! Had to phone back later and took over an hour to get through to someone, the call only lasted 3 minutes

Excellent service. Slight wait in the queue when calling from 6th until it was my turn. The lady I dealt with was very polite and professional and even called me back when the mobile call dropped. Updated my new address and there was no charge due to a rebate owing due to a lower risk postcode. Very impressed.
