Worst hair colour experience I've had in my life and the worst customer service too! My only advice is to think twice before trusting this place! I came to get very subtle highlights to give my usually very dark hair some more dimension. Amir did a terrible balayage (brutally orange/brass colour) and charged me £400 for that. I went to a different hairdresser to fix my hair and the person said that "whoever did my hair, had no clue what they were doing and were very inexperienced". I asked Why Not Hairdressing for a refund and Marco, the owner never honoured this. I feel absolutely taken advantage of. Not caring about the poor customer experience provided and the damages caused, while ripping people off is not ok. I can see that there are good reviews here, which I wish I never trusted. I cannot imagine who gives this place a genuine 5* review?!?!?They don't even bother to do the minimum, such as to offer water to their customers. People should really read the bad reviews on here and Treatwell and consider them.

I recently visited Alex for a haircut, and I have to say, he's amazing! As an Asian with stubborn hair, I've had trouble finding a hairdresser who can handle my hair type, but Alex knew exactly what to do. He's skilled, knowledgeable, and has a great eye for detail. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, and also gave me his professional opinion on what would look best on me. The Saloon is clean and hygienic. Prices are reasonable as well! The place was so nice, the manager was so welcoming and friendly. I had the most amazing experience with Amir, he did a very nice haircut for me, i loved it made me a new person. I 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel fresh again. Amir was so professional and lovely person who knows what he is doing.
