I'm more than happy to reccomend Whoobid Property Auctions as a company that you can trust who offer not just an excellent service but also expert advice for anyone who is selling their property via auction for the first time. Selling by private treaty is in my opinion an outdated concept as too many times you get let down if your buyers either pulls out of the sale because of the survey report on your property or cannot get a mortgage / Sales chain breaks down etc. I personally had these problems when selling my late mothers house with the sale falling through twice due to all of the above...If you use Whoobid for a traditional method of sale through auction you can complete inside 28 days and avoid all of the timewasters and cut out alot of expense through solicitors etc ....Whoobid will hold your hand every step of the way and find that elusive buyer for you !!
