I was initially quite nervous having never been to an osteopath before but John made me feel really comfortable and I got a lot from the session straight away. He listened to my background to explore different angles to tackle the problem and talked me through what he was doing so I understood and not taken by surprise. After the session he gave me an overview of what my realistic treatment plan could look like and some homework to help in between sessions. Really enjoyed

I was always apprehensive seeing anyone other than my GP but John was able to actually spend time understanding all of my symptoms thoroughly so he could come up with a realistic and achievable treatment plan.
