If you are looking to post anything here please don’t, every time I’ve been here I’ve had to wait at least half an hour to post something. This is because there are 8 tills and 2 with people on them, at least 5 tills are needed with the amount of people in the queue. Staff to seem have no idea of time keeping and have a friendly chat with customers instead of doing their job. Useless service please don’t go here!

Absolute shambles this place, never enough staff on the counters or anyone trying to show people how to use the silly automated machines they have installed. Prices go up but service standards remain the same. Simon Thompson is a disgrace and should stand down as the CEO.

It’s a busy place, it does get crowded but the people there are nice, and very helpful even when I mess up my packages, addresses and postage (and I do that a lot). There is a nice bloke there as well, Ashfaque alongside other people who are very understanding, and helpful when I find to mess up something that is fool proof.

So, my girlfriend needed her provisional as she never has the chance to apply for it due to covid. Firstly I checked the website to see how much it would cost and on there website they claim it is currently £43 to send from stall but we ended up paying £63 and did not really explain why she charged us an extra £20. At this point I was fuming and didn't want to be disrespectful so I just went with it and called my parents for more cash. While I was on the phone this woman and my girlfriend were talking and going through the document for at least 20 minutes. During this time she said NOTHING about missing any documentation and charged us and sent it off. It has been about 2 weeks since the provisional has been sent back saying we are missing some things and we have only been given a £43 pound refund. All round the service was absolutely appalling and I have no idea how this woman works where she does very disrespectful and was not helpful at all I do not recommend and I hope people see this before they go.
