Love this place! A really good set up; beautiful lake, toasty saunas, friendly like minded people and the guidance and care of Cat and Wales. If you've never tried open water swimming or the sauna and plunge experience, then this is the place to go!

Fantastic community run by Cat & Wales. I have been coming twice a week since June 2021. I always feel welcome whether on my own or with friends. Im more of a wellness than a fitness swimmer but this is a perfect place for both. Great facilities, very safe and everyone always welcome. New sauna is an absolute treat for the winter! Would give ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if I could!
