This shop is neither friendly nor inclusive. In particular, I have observed that it is not tolerant of people with disabilities and I would, therefore, recommend that you avoid going there if you like shopping in a relaxed atmosphere. The staff have certainly lost my custom.

Would not refund bottle charge for milk bottles, as I couldn’t remember whether these exact bottles had been bought in this shop. Other shops, eg the butchers in Newport, refund the bottle charge without any discussion.
