Excellent customer service! I purchased some Wholefood Earth flour from Amazon and it arrived with damaged packaging. I contacted Wholefood Earth direct and their response was immediate. I received a properly packaged replacement bag of flour from them the following day. I'm so impressed and I will buy direct from Wholefood Earth in the future. Thanks again!

Super quick delivery, however all of the soya milk cartons were damaged, and dented. I called Wholefood earth and asked for replacements and they told me that they wouldn't replace them. Amber from customer services did say that she would call back after reviewing the photos and so far no call back. All in all a super poor customer service experience, and very shocked at the state and quality of the goods that arrived. In this instance it would appear that they left wholefood earth in a poor state as the box they arrived in looked undamaged.

One of the worst experience ever. We ordered Organic Carob Powder through amazon and they have sent us a pack that has been over the expiration date for more than a month!! This was supposed to be for our baby. I don't want to imagine what would happen, if we haven't checked the expiration date. I am not recommending them at all. Get your organic food elsewere.

Placed a trial order online to see the quality of their products before deciding to use them for business purposes. They use dpd local as their shipping partner. Shipping took quite awhile, so when it was set to be delivered, I was waiting for it. The truck was close by according to their tracking (within my 1 hour window) so I played out front with my children to grab the package. Then got a message that they tried to deliver and missed me. A blatant lie. Of course, not the company’s fault, outside of using a terrible shipping company. Reached out to the company, whose response was to repeat what dpd says online for their tracking, that they attempted to deliver (after I just stated I was waiting outside for them and they absolutely did not come by) and *I* can try to reach dpd to return and then they will refund once everything is back to them. I’m so glad I did a small trial order as to not depend on this company for my own customer orders. *I* give great customer service and will never use a company that I cannot depend on and seems to lack customer service skills themselves. If you actually need items and rely on receiving items, do not depend on this company.
