Damian was great. Incredibly efficient - went from talking to him for the first time on the Friday, to having the mortgage offer the following Friday! We needed a mortgage for a property that does not have an NHBC warranty but it does have an Architects Certificate. Damian found a matching product very quickly and we applied for the mortgage the next day.
