Visited the Vantage Toyota Dealership in Morecambe, following making an appointment to Test Drive the all electric bZ4x model. I was met by Sales Person Bianca Mican, a very friendly and professional young lady, whose knowledge and expertise was very good. Bianca chatted with me about my current car, a C-HR Hybrid and the differences between that and switching to pure electric, whilst the test drive car was having it's charge topped up. Before departing on the test drive, Bianca explained the functions of the various instruments and controls, as well as explaining the methods of charging the vehicle. I was particularly impressed by the toggle switch for park, forward and reverse. The test drive was a complete success and I thanked Bianca for her relaxed, friendly manner. Approximately three weeks later I received a telephone call from Bianca, as promised, that the model I required was now available to order. Having made another appointment to visit the dealership, figures were discussed with Bianca, the various finance options, trim, optional extras and colour choices. I decided to make the purchase and signed the necessary paperwork. Although there is a ten month wait for the car to become available, this gives me plenty of time to sort things out, the obvious things being moving money around for the finance and having a Charging Point fitted at home. All in all I was really impressed with the quality of service afforded to me at the dealership and the quality, style and perfection of the bZ4x model. However, a final special mention for Bianca for welcoming me, taking me through everything and instigating my purchase. Hers was a really professional job which was carried out with quality and friendship.

From start to finish, Vantage Morecambe were extremely helpful. First, Martin explained on the phone what I needed to do to get the car moving (flat 12v battery in a self-charging hybrid RAV 4) - he even offered to bring a battery pack, had I not lived so far away. Then, on the day I phoned to get the car checked up, I was offered immediately to bring the car in and a courtesy car. The next day, I was called to say the car battery had been charged, it was fine and I could pick it up at my convenience. Not only that, but they’d washed it! Superb service, and I’ll be back.
