This company has unfair practice. In their Terms of business they don't say that they will not refund you if you are not able to attend an event and ask them to change the date or the event earlier. They simply get your money and that's it. We have informed them 2 weeks before the event, asked to pay more and change the date only and they didn't allow us and refused to refund, because of their rules.. Nice one! Congratulations for the management! Keep paying them guys, they need more and more donations!
