Customer service not great. Walked into the store, encounter 2 people that worked there and wasn't acknowledged once, I even said hi as a polite person. I was there for approximately 30 minutes and not once did anyone ask me if I needed a hand or what I'm looking for. At the til was left waiting without so much as an apology for the wait. Didn't feel welcome in the store and not really sure if i'll venture back there. Which is a shame as they have a great range.

So glad to find this gem on my doorstep. The staff were so welcoming and spared their time to talk me through what I needed for a table display, as I am a novice to all of this. There is an amazing choice of flowers and greenery and definitely will be going back again. This is my very first table display, as I already had the flowers, I used the greenery from Whittingtons.
