    Rude staff. My wife thought it closed at 5.30pm so arrived at 4:55pm. Instead of telling them they were about to close they stayed on and huffed and puffed while my wife and mother in law were unaware of the actual closing time. Rude staff. Poor service.

    I enquired as to whether the store stocked the uniform I required and was told very rudely and abruptly ‘Never even heard of that school. Where is it!?’ I asked politely and clearly if the store stocked the schools uniform, not whether they’ve heard of the school or not! Then to be told, ‘Anyway the school will give you the uniform or you can get it somewhere else’!? If the school gave us the uniform I would not be wanting to buy it would I… Terrible customer service. They won’t care though as they know parents have no choice and they’ll just see £ signs!

    Advertised opening hours are wrong. Drove all the way there to find it had closed 20mins early. Prices significantly higher than the local uniform shop in Bradford centre.
