I had a few issues with ordering the product I needed online as well as finding the logo I had set up previously but they were excellent with communication throughout and helped me get the order sorted and delivered out to me in good time. There was also a mix up with one of the products missing embroidery and they sorted it out including, being collected, embroidery done and sent back out to me FOC. Again excellent communication throughout. I love the quality of the products and the embroidery and have used them several times before. I can't fault how they have dealt with everything as I think you really see a company when there is an issue to be dealt with. Thank you!
