Trying to book an appointment but 105 phone calls later, i gave up and walked to the surgery, to be met by 3 members of staff telling me they knew the phone was ringing but they were too busy. Ask MYGP app doesnt work any more, Patient services app doesnt work, NHS app doesnt work, unless you want to book a covid test. Totally dysfunctional.

I have been a patient at this surgery for years. Over the last few years they have become beyond terrible. I really need a call back from a doctor; I ring EVERY day at 8am and half an hour later I am STILL waiting to get through! I am usually at position 1 or 2 but none of the receptionists bother to answer the phone! They are busy dealing with people coming in to the surgery but shouldn’t there be another receptionist answering the phones? I am desperate to get a call back and it’s just impossible. I have even tried going in when I can but got no where. I basically told the receptionist I really need someone to talk to but they just aren’t interested. I am on hold once again as I am typing this but no one is bothering to answer my call. It’s just impossible. No wonder the reviews on here are terrible. I think it’s time to find another doctors. Someone that actually cares about their patients and well-being. UPDATE; I just got through and was told by a VERY rude receptionist the doctor I needed to speak to isn’t in until next week. She was so unhelpful and even laughed down the phone when I told her I try every day and struggle to get through! DISGUSTING.

Absolutely disgusting, they never answer the phone and when you finally get through they tell you there at full capacity , I walked in to book an appointment they told me , me finding a lump isn’t important and they will request a dr to call me and they never did , I rang back the next day and they told me there’s nothing in the system stating I’ve been in to book the appointment, I’ve been ringing for the past two days to get my 11 month old daughter to be seen as she’s been coughing and not sleeping and the phone is off the latch , they need to be shut down , no one would miss it seem as they don’t see anyone anyways , absolutely disgusting

The previous ask my GP worked but just tried to sign into new system today and had problems. Eventually saying a problem occurred and would not let me proceed so phoned. After 40 minutes I got through and asked for an appointment, the lady told me I would have to follow the new system so I explained it had stopped part way through the registration process. She sent me a link which allowed me to open the new booking procedure but it didn't recognise the symptom 'chest infection ' and so I was unable to book an appointment. This is a very poorly designed service and will end up causing a lot of frustration. So still not got an appointment, will try to call again tomorrow.

This is a joke, you are more likely to get an appointment with the Queen than you are here. Admit that you cannot accept new patients, you can't even service any of the ones you already have!

It's impossible to get an appointment, either via the online system or via phone as its impossible to get hold of anyone Go literally anywhere else

It would be easier getting in touch with the queen than getting in-touch with this Drs. Phone off the hook constantly no more ask my gp.
